Refund Policy
1) Full refunds will be given if: activity or league is cancelled by Zeeland Recreation due to low enrollment, program conflicts, participant becomes ill (Doctor’s slip is required.) or participant moves from the district.
2) If you have registered for a class and decide that you cannot attend 2 weeks prior to the start of class, or deadline (see brochure for start dates and deadlines), you will be issued a credit or refund, less a $5.00 administration fee.
3) If you have registered for a league program and decide you cannot attend prior to the league deadline, you will be issued a refund or credit, less a $5.00 administration fee.
4) If you cancel from any program less that 2 weeks from the program start date, after a league deadline, or after the start of a program, no refund or credit will be given without a doctor’s slip.
5) No refunds will be given for semi-annual family swim passes, all monthly aquatic class passes, and monthly cardio & fitness gym memberships.
