Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on specially designed bikes. As you ride, motivating music plays and the instructor will talk you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout. Spinning burns serious calories and offers an awesome aerobic workout. An exercise class designed for heart health, strength, balance and flexibility. Instruction is provided on a wide variety of movements and can be modified to fit your activity level. All exercises are performed standing or seated. This class is ideal for seniors and those wanting a low-impact exercise class.

Body Balance
