SENIOR AQUATONE~AM
Low-Medium Intensity
This Senior AM Aquatone class is designed for those who experience pain associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus, or other joint and muscle-related conditions. This class is instructor-led designated to strengthen and tone muscles as well as increase flexibility to carry out daily tasks more efficiently. Directed exercise, with the help of the water’s buoyancy and resistance can improve mobility. Monthly passes for this class are available for purchase at the Recreation Office or the Recreation Service Desk. Passes will not be prorated!

SENIOR AQUATONE~NOON
Low-Medium Intensity
Senior Noon Aquatone is an instructor-led water exercise class designed to strengthen, tone muscles and give participants a moderate cardiovascular workout. Great music, good friends, and lots of enthusiasm is what you will find when you participate in this exercise class!
Monthly passes for this class are available for purchase at the Recreation Office or the Recreation Service Desk. Passes will not be prorated!

AQUATONE
Medium-High Intensity
Aquatone uses both the deep and shallow areas of the pool to give you a great low-impact workout. Instructors will use a variety of class formats and equipment to help increase cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, tone and flexibility.

DEEP WATER AEROBICS~AM
Medium-High Intensity
Deep Water Aerobics is a fun and effective water workout. You’ll learn how to use water as a powerful medium where you’ll simulate many land-based workouts such as running, biking, weight lifting, kickboxing and more! With the aid of a flotation belt, almost any exercise you perform on land can be duplicated in the water without impact or stress on joints. In fact, you can perform many moves with great intensity and range of motion in the water. Deep Water Aerobics is designed to improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.
